ESPN’s “College GameDay” is back on air on September 7, featuring a thrilling SEC/Big Ten matchup that defines Week 2 of college football.

During last week’s show from College Station, Texas, it was revealed that the popular pre-game show will take place at Ferry Field in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This event is significant as it showcases a major non-conference clash between Michigan and Texas at Michigan Stadium.

The defending national champions, the Michigan Wolverines, are currently ranked No. 9 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, while the Texas Longhorns hold the No. 3 spot. Both teams emerged victorious in their initial games, although the Longhorns had a standout performance, defeating Colorado State 52-0 on August 31.

The last time “College GameDay” was in Ann Arbor, it was prior to Michigan’s victory over Ohio State last season.
