Where is College GameDay this week? Location, what to know for ESPN show on Week 1

After a trip to Ireland last week, ESPN’s College GameDay returns to the United States as college football kicks off its first full week.

This Saturday, host Rece Davis and the team will be in Texas for an exciting non-conference showdown featuring Notre Dame and Texas A&M at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas.

A notable aspect of this game is the matchup between new Texas A&M coach Mike Elko and the Notre Dame team led by transfer quarterback Riley Leonard, who both previously worked together at Duke last year.

This will be the season opener for both squads. Notre Dame holds the No. 7 spot in the US LBM Coaches Poll, while Texas A&M is ranked No. 20.
