In the lead-up to his inauguration, President-elect Donald Trump is preparing to hold a news conference at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Tuesday.

The agenda for the press conference remains unclear, taking place just under two weeks before Trump is set to be inaugurated on January 20. Reports indicate that the event is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. ET, as shared by Trump on his Truth Social account.

Recently, Trump hosted a New Year’s Eve celebration at Mar-a-Lago and on the same day, he filed a legal appeal in New York to dismiss charges related to a hush-money case prior to his sentencing. Last year, he made history as the first U.S. president—current or former—to be charged and found guilty of a crime. The day before, Justice Juan Merchan denied an effort by Trump’s legal team to postpone the sentencing while they pursue appeals on two earlier judicial decisions.
