Mamie Laverock is marking a significant step forward in her recovery journey.

The actress known for her role in “When Calls the Heart,” who suffered severe injuries from a five-story fall, announced on Facebook that she is no longer hospitalized as of Monday.

“Dreams do come true,” the post declared. “Welcome Home Mamie.”

Laverock first communicated with the public following her accident through a July post on her GoFundMe page. While she didn’t give specifics about her health, she expressed gratitude to her supporters during her recovery process.

“Thank you so much. I don’t even have the words,” Laverock wrote then. “My heart is full.”

Laverock’s parents, Nicole Rockmann and Rob Compton, mentioned that they will close their daughter’s GoFundMe page, which has raised $39,022. “Please understand how much your help means to our family during these trying times,” they expressed. “Thank you for your kindness.”

Laverock, who portrayed Rosaleen Sullivan on the Hallmark Channel’s romantic drama, was put on life support following the serious injuries she sustained in a fall on May 26, according to her GoFundMe page.

Rockmann and Compton stated that the fall occurred while Laverock was “escorted out of a secure area in the hospital and taken up to a balcony walkway from which she fell five stories.”

Before her fall, Laverock was undergoing “intensive treatment” after being hospitalized for an unidentified “medical emergency” on May 11 in Winnipeg, Canada, and was later moved to a Vancouver hospital.

After the incident, Rockmann informed the Los Angeles Times that the fall was unintentional and not a suicide attempt. She also noted that the family plans to pursue legal action due to negligence.

“This is truly a miracle, and there will be accountability,” Rockmann shared with the outlet. “Our focus is on Mamie’s recovery and the fact that she is alive and fighting.”
