Netflix unveils trailer for Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul, highlighting their knockout abilities


Netflix has released a trailer for the upcoming heavyweight boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, starting with a stunning aerial view of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

 

This highly anticipated fight is set for November 15 and will take place not only on the grand stage of the Dallas Cowboys’ home but will also be available to over 270 million Netflix subscribers worldwide.

The trailer features a face-off between the 58-year-old Tyson and the 27-year-old Paul, showcasing their expected clash in the ring, less than five weeks from now.

Tyson vs. Paul: Netflix trailer revealed

The footage kicks off with Paul’s explosive first-round knockout of Andre August from December and includes highlights of him stopping Mike Perry with a TKO, confidently declaring, “I’m the face of this sport.”

 

Then, the spotlight turns to Tyson—famed for his unique tattoo.

Included are iconic clips of Tyson’s astounding knockout of Michael Spinks, occurring just 91 seconds into their 1988 bout, alongside a knockout of Carl “The Truth” Williams three years after that.

“I’m the best fighter in the world,” Tyson boldly states.

Tyson, returning to professional boxing for the first time since 2005, has a record of 50 wins, 6 losses, and a remarkable 44 knockouts.

 

Paul, on the other hand, is gearing up for his 12th fight since he began his professional boxing journey in January 2020 and currently holds a record of 10 wins, 1 loss, with 7 knockouts to his name.

“What happens next,” a voiceover in the trailer teases, “only one way to find out.”
