MIAMI — On Sunday, Taylor Swift shared that Florida was experiencing the final rain show of her Eras Tour.

“Tonight is obviously a very special concert since it’s raining throughout,” the star noted inside her “Folklore” cabin, with raindrops soaking her hair. “We call this a rain show.”

Despite the intermittent rain ranging from light drizzles to heavy downpours, enthusiastic fans enjoyed three and a half hours of music.

“Here’s the deal,” Swift said, explaining the importance of the night. “This is our last chance to have a rain show on the Eras Tour, as all upcoming venues are indoor.”

Swift is scheduled to perform in New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver before wrapping up the tour on December 8.

Whenever it rains during a concert, Swift refers to it as a lucky performance. Notable rain performances during the Eras Tour included a show in Nashville, Tennessee, on May 7, 2023, which was delayed by severe weather for two hours, and another in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on May 20, 2023, where she was seen pushing water off her piano during a surprise acoustic set.

“Miami, are you ready to dance in the rain with me tonight?” she asked the crowd at Hard Rock Stadium before performing “Lover.” As the rain dripped onto the crowd of 61,000, her straightened hair began to curl. “This is our last show in Miami, and we truly believe that we saved our best performance for last.”

The fans cheered in excitement while repeating the word “best.” The air was filled with anticipation—could she make a big announcement in Florida?

During her performance of “The Man,” Swift showcased a stunning new blue blazer, adding to her variety of outfits. Among the weekend’s surprises was her shiny golden “Reputation” bodysuit.

“You all are partying this hard on a Sunday night without any thought about tomorrow being Monday,” Swift delightedly told the audience during her “Red” segment. Fans on livestreams noticed her playful expression. “She’s definitely planning something,” commented one viewer.

In her “Speak Now” segment, the rain prompted a humorous response from Swift.

“Oh wow, it’s raining!” she exclaimed while walking down the stage during “Enchanted.”
