Taco Bell Brings Back the Meximelt, Alongside Other Favorites Like Gordita Supreme
Calling all Taco Bell enthusiasts from the 1980s! Just in time for Halloween, the beloved Meximelt has made a comeback.
It’s not just one item—Taco Bell has brought back several popular discontinued menu options.
On Thursday, customers across the country were excited to see five items that had been absent from the menu for years reappear at Taco Bell’s drive-thru and ordering screens.
At the beginning of this month, Taco Bell launched its limited-time Decades Menu, which includes five beloved items from the past. One of these is the Meximelt, a dish that combines seasoned beef, pico de gallo, and a blend of mozzarella cheese.
The Decades Menu features a selection of nostalgic items that transport fans through different eras, each priced at $3 or less. This menu initiative is designed to connect longtime fans with newer customers who may not have had the chance to taste beloved classics like the savory Tostada, the iconic Green Sauce Burrito, or the Meximelt. The company announced this exciting revival in a recent press release.
On Halloween, Taco Bell made several classic items available once again:
