Diddy Faces New Allegations: Sexual Assault Claims from a Minor and Multiple Rape Incidents in Civil Lawsuits

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces serious allegations of sexual assault and rape in new civil lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with six new lawsuits from various accusers, alleging rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault.

Two women and four men filed civil lawsuits against the 54-year-old music executive in New York on Monday, marking the beginning of allegations from 120 supposed victims that were revealed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee earlier this month.

The lawsuits detail incidents ranging from 1995 to 2021, including claims of sexual assault against a minor and multiple incidents of rape. A number of these allegations are said to have occurred at the notorious parties Combs is known for during his long career in the music scene.

Combs’ various companies have been identified as defendants in these cases. One man claims Combs sexually assaulted him at a Macy’s in 2008, naming the department store in the lawsuit. Similarly, one of the women alleges that Combs raped her in a hotel, identifying Marriott as a co-defendant. YSL News has reached out for comments from Macy’s, Marriott, and representatives for Combs.

Buzbee mentioned in a press conference on October 1 that he is representing all 120 accusers, with claims including “violent sexual assault or rape,” “facilitated sex with a controlled substance,” “sharing video recordings,” and “sexual abuse of minors,” among other allegations against Combs.

“We will expose everyone who enabled this behavior out of the public eye,” Buzbee stated. “We will pursue this matter regardless of who gets implicated by the evidence.”

Buzbee also noted: “The list of names is extensive, but we want to ensure accuracy before releasing it. The identities we intend to disclose will surprise you.”

Combs has denied all the allegations leveled against him. His attorney previously released a statement saying, “No matter how many lawsuits are initiated against him, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason, often without evidence. Thankfully, an unbiased judicial system exists to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will win against these and other unfounded claims in court.”

This fresh batch of lawsuits follows Combs’ arrest and arraignment in September on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution; he is scheduled for a criminal trial on May 5. The rapper, who has steadfastly maintained his innocence throughout a series of civil lawsuits accusing him of years of sexual and physical misconduct, is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly raped a woman at a NY hotel

One of the Jane Does alleges that Combs raped her in a hotel room at a Manhattan Marriott in 2004, when she was just 19 years old.

The woman states she first met Combs during a photoshoot, where he invited her and a friend to his hotel for an invite-only party. Upon arriving at the hotel, Jane Doe claims a man “grabbed” both her and her friend, leading them to a bedroom, and told them, “You know what you are here for.”

Once in the locked bedroom, Combs is accused of becoming “aggressive” towards the women, allegedly starting to touch them inappropriately without consent, as described in the lawsuit. He reportedly ordered her friend to perform oral sex on him, threatened to kill both of them otherwise.

Combs is also accused of forcing Jane Doe to undress under threat of violence, after which he allegedly groped, molested, and violently raped her, all while she begged him to stop, according to the suit.

Diddy and several men allegedly raped an unnamed man at a party in 2021, lawsuit claims

One man claims he was drugged and assaulted by Combs alongside several other unidentified men during a party in 2021.

The lawsuit from John Doe states that he “felt disoriented” after having an alcoholic drink at a New York gathering, and while struggling to regain his bearings, he heard a male voice say “hold on” and offer to assist him. He then recalls being in a bedroom where he felt immobilized and unable to speak.

“Several men began to sexually assault him through sodomy and other forced acts,” the lawsuit details. “He specifically remembers seeing Combs above him, unclothed, at one point during the assault,” noting he “was sodomized by at least three men.”

Allegations of sexual assault amidst Sean John, Ecko rivalry

In another civil suit, a man alleges he was sexually assaulted by Diddy within a Macy’s store in New York in 2008.

The man states that he was an advisor for Ecko Clothing, a rival of Combs’ Sean John line. According to him, while in the stockroom at a Macy’s in Manhattan in 2008, Combs and three of his bodyguards entered the area.

According to the lawsuit, upon rounding a corner in the stockroom, the man referred to as John Doe was “struck hard around the neck, likely with a gun.” This caused him to drop to his hands and knees, where he noticed the bodyguards were armed. He claims to have heard several threats, including “I’ll kill you.”

Combs then reportedly approached John Doe while he was in that position and “violently and forcibly raped” him for a minimum of two minutes while making insulting remarks.

Once Combs was done, he purportedly tossed John Doe’s head aside and warned him to “be quiet or I’ll kill you,” as stated in the complaint.

Security guard claims he was drugged and assaulted at Diddy event

Another plaintiff, also referred to as John Doe, alleges he faced sexual assault from Combs at a 2006 party.

The complainant, who was employed by a security firm at the time, recounts feeling severely unwell at a Combs “white party” held in East Hampton after consuming two drinks allegedly given to him by Combs.

In a state of disorientation, he claims Combs “forcefully pushed” him into an open van, restrained him, and assaulted him.

Allegations of rape linked to Biggie Smalls music video event

A separate legal action involves a woman who attended a promotional event in New York for the Biggie Smalls music video “One More Chance” in 1995. She asserts that Combs approached her to talk in private, and when they were alone in a bathroom, he “unexpectedly began kissing” her.

When she attempted to pull back, she alleges that Combs “brutally hit her, slamming her head into the wall and causing her to fall.” Following this, he purportedly assaulted her again, lifted her dress, and raped her. After the attack, he allegedly issued a warning: “You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear.”
