Mike Tyson Sets His Own Price Following Jake Paul’s $5 Million Challenge

Mike Tyson sets his terms after receiving Jake Paul’s $5 million challenge

Mike Tyson has taken note of Jake Paul’s proposal to give him $5 million if he can last beyond the fourth round in their upcoming bout on November 15. The catch is that if he doesn’t succeed, Tyson would need to get a tattoo saying, “I love Jake Paul.”

Tyson feels that the offer is inadequate.

“He should increase the offer,” Tyson remarked during an interview with YSL News Sports on Thursday.

So, what figure does Tyson have in mind?

“I’d say probably around $20 million,” declared Tyson.

At 58 years old, Tyson is believed to be most capable of defeating 27-year-old Paul, especially if he can achieve an early knockout. However, Tyson suggested the knockout may not happen right away.

“I don’t expect him to engage me directly, so I will have to strategically catch him for a few rounds,” Tyson explained.

In a Zoom conversation, Tyson was seen alongside David Cynamon, chairman of LFGO!, the company behind a new line of flavored, caffeine-packed pouches in which Tyson has a partnership.

“I believed in this product,” Tyson stated. “I felt it aligns well with my energy needs, my public image, and it actually works, surprisingly.”

With less than five weeks until the showdown, Tyson mentioned that he is training by sparring for six to seven rounds per session.

“I feel fantastic,” Tyson said. “I’m ready at this moment.”

Cynamon verified Tyson’s assertion.

“I’m here live and can see his readiness,” Cynamon remarked. “I’m putting my money on him when I leave this room.”
