Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing allegations from five additional accusers, one of whom was only 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident.

The new allegations come from two John Does and three Jane Does, with incidents dating back to 2000 and extending to 2022. A notable claim is from a woman who states that Combs assaulted her at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in September 2000 when she was just 13, with another male celebrity and an unnamed female celebrity present.

The lawsuits have been submitted to a federal court in New York by the Buzbee Law Firm and others, following earlier announcements that spoke of a collective 120 victims seeking legal action against the music producer. Just a week prior, six initial lawsuits were lodged against Combs.

Among the other accusers is a businessman who alleges he was assaulted at a Ciroc promotional event in 2022, a personal trainer who claims he was attacked at an after-party for an awards show in the same year, an independent female rapper who alleges assault by Combs in 2022, and a woman who states she was assaulted by Combs at a Las Vegas party during Memorial Day weekend in 2014.

Combs is recognized for hosting extravagant parties that have solidified his status in Hollywood. However, numerous civil plaintiffs now allege these events were the setting for troubling behavior.

These recent lawsuits add to a previously reported case from a former college student who claimed that Combs assaulted her after a promotional photoshoot for Da Band in 2004 when she was 19.

In light of the latest allegations, representatives for Combs told YSL News late Sunday that the claims echo statements made regarding earlier lawsuits, arguing that the press conference held by the Buzbee firm and the promotion of a hotline indicate the firm is merely trying to attract attention. They maintain Combs has “never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

This surge of legal complaints follows Combs’ arrest in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty. He is scheduled for a criminal trial on May 5. The rapper, who has consistently denied the allegations amid a wave of civil lawsuits asserting decades of sexual and physical abuse, is currently detained in a Special Housing Unit at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.

One of the Jane Does alleges that Combs assaulted her when she was a minor at an MTV VMAs after-party in September 2000.

Her lawsuit states that while trying to enter the award ceremony, she met Combs’ chauffeur, who reportedly advised her that the music mogul “preferred younger girls” and that she was exactly what Combs was seeking. The driver suggested she return later that evening, after which she was led to a party at what is believed to be Combs’ residence. She claims she was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The Jane Doe recounts accepting a drink, which left her feeling disoriented, suggesting she may have been drugged. After seeking refuge in an empty bedroom, she claims that Combs and two unnamed celebrities entered and that Combs informed her she was “ready to party,” subsequently throwing her towards one of the male celebrities who then sexually assaulted her while Combs and another female celebrity watched. Later, Combs also assaulted her.

According to her account, Combs attempted to force her into performing oral sex, but she resisted by hitting him, prompting him to stop. She managed to retrieve her clothes and eventually escape, reaching a gas station where she called her father to disclose her location.

A well-known personal trainer is claiming he was assaulted by Combs during an after-party for an award show in 2022.

He reports that a fashion designer client introduced him to Combs, stating that the rapper was intrigued by his “regime.” He was invited to an after-party in Los Angeles in June 2022, following the BET Awards where Combs received a lifetime achievement accolade.

Upon his arrival at the celebration, he said he was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. He alleges that after receiving a drink from one of Combs’ associates, he was led into a dimly lit smaller room filled with red lighting, where he noticed several individuals, including unnamed celebrities, present.

He started feeling lightheaded, then Combs approached him, removed his trousers, and allegedly initiated “non-consensual oral sex” on him, according to his claims. He was subsequently ordered to perform oral sex on another male celebrity, he asserts.

The trainer reported being drugged, which left him unable to refuse and made him feel “trapped in his own body.” He said he fell “in and out of consciousness” while the other attendees passed him around “like a party favor for their sexual pleasure.” Upon regaining consciousness, he found himself outside his apartment, lacking both a shirt and phone.

This businessman, who has a company focused on luxury car rentals and jewelry, stated that he had an ongoing professional relationship with Combs.

Combs allegedly personally invited the man to the event. Photos included in the lawsuit show Combs alongside his celebrity guests, whose identities have been redacted.

The man recounts that soon after arriving, Combs summoned him to his “private office,” noting that Combs appeared “strange” and intoxicated. According to the lawsuit, the founder of Revolt TV then indecently exposed himself and grabbed the man’s genitals through his pants. This assault ended only when an unnamed athlete intervened, prompting the man to leave the party immediately and return to his home.

In a separate lawsuit, an unnamed woman alleged that Combs raped her during a Las Vegas event in 2014.

The woman claims that while visiting Las Vegas for Memorial Day weekend that year, a party promoter for Combs invited her to a high-profile celebrity gathering at a poolside lounge, where she was introduced to Combs. The promoter later invited her to an after-party at the rapper’s hotel suite.

At this after-party, she claims Combs urged her to drink vodka from a bar stocked with many open bottles, and after consuming one or two drinks, she began to feel “nauseous and dizzy,” gradually losing her motor control. According to her allegations, the promoter suggested she lay down in an empty bedroom until she felt better.

When she finally regained consciousness, she remembered waking up groggy and sore, seeing Combs without a shirt yelling at someone on the phone. The lawsuit states, “He was the only person in the room with her and it was clear that someone else had been in bed with her,” adding, “The plaintiff eventually got up to discover she was naked and experienced unusual soreness, particularly in her genital area. She was horrified to come to terms with the fact that Combs had raped her.”

Furthermore, Combs is accused of having assaulted a female independent rapper, producer, and songwriter in 2022.

The woman stated she attended one of Combs’ parties in New York City, where she observed “widespread drug use, including cocaine, pills, and marijuana,” which she declined when offered.

Later, she claims Combs approached her, showing interest in her work and inviting her into his office. After consuming just one glass of wine, she began to feel disoriented and suspected she had been drugged, according to her allegations. She claims she was raped and sexually assaulted by Combs and was unable to resist due to being incapacitated.

According to her, she subsequently lost consciousness, later waking up at 6 a.m. in the same office. She discovered she was bleeding, had bruises on her lips, and found “deep imprints” on her wrists and arms, believed to be from being restrained. In panic, she recounted finding clothes that weren’t hers before leaving the premises.
