Ye Faces Lawsuit from Ex-Employee Over Investigation of Kim Kardashian and Bianca Censori’s ‘Tail’

Ye Faces Lawsuit From Former Employee Over Allegations of Spying on Kim Kardashian and Bianca Censori

A former employee has filed a lawsuit against Ye, stating that he misused his position to investigate his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and surveil his current wife, Bianca Censori.

The individual, referred to as John Doe in the legal filing submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday, is not only suing Ye but also his company, Yeezy, LLC, for causing emotional distress, violating labor laws, and retaliating against him, as per documents acquired by YSL News.

The former employee, a military veteran who allegedly suffers from PTSD, argues in a detailed 22-page complaint that Ye’s actions significantly affected his mental health.

The lawsuit points out that “The stress and trauma resulting from threats and a hostile work environment, along with Doe’s exposure to illegal and unethical behavior, severely impacted his mental and emotional health.” It states that Doe “experienced panic attacks, anxiety, and major emotional distress, leading him to seek medical assistance and eventually be admitted to a facility for his deteriorating mental condition.”

This man was recruited as a campaign director initially and later became the director of intelligence for Ye’s 2024 presidential run. He claims he was ordered to carry out various investigative activities regarding Kardashian’s family, Censori’s travels, and individuals who had previously sued Ye.

Former Employee Claims He Was Directed to Spy on Kardashian Family and Bianca Censori

The ex-employee, who was hired in late 2022, claims that Ye ordered him to look into Kim Kardashian’s family. Ye and Kardashian were married from 2014 until 2022.

According to the complaint, Ye alleged that the Kardashian family was linked to “criminal enterprises,” with some claims hinting also at sex trafficking.

The lawsuit also states that Ye’s current wife, Censori, was included in the investigations. The man claims he was instructed to hire private investigators to secretly follow Censori during her trips to visit family in Australia.

YSL News has reached out to Ye’s legal representatives for a response.

John Doe Accuses Ye of Unpaid Wages During Employment

According to records from the lawsuit, Doe claims he was not compensated for the work performed for Ye and Yeezy.

The former employee alleges he was initially employed as a travel nanny for two Yeezy associates, referred to as Stanfield and Trice in the complaint. Despite agreeing to provide “24-hour supervision” for the associates’ infant child with payments of $500 daily, the complaint mentions that he was not compensated for multiple pay periods.

The lawsuit reads, “Defendants have willfully and knowingly refused to pay (Doe) for all wages earned and hours worked, at the mandatory minimum wage.” As a result, it states that “Doe has suffered and continues to suffer significant losses due to not receiving this compensation.”

Additionally, Doe claims he was not provided with proper “complete and accurate wage statements” that document his employment with Ye and his company.

Former Employee Claims Ye Made Deadly Threats

The situation escalated earlier this year when Doe received allegations of child abuse at Ye’s private school, Donda Academy. After reporting these claims to Yeezy leadership, Doe asserts he received an aggressive phone call from Ye, during which he allegedly threatened to kill him, and further threats from Ye’s associates reportedly followed.

Doe’s legal team stated, “Our client is terrified of Ye and his unpredictable, erratic behavior, which is why he wishes to stay anonymous for his safety.” They further commented, “It is not only illegal but utterly unacceptable for an employer to threaten any employee with physical harm or death.”

Doe is seeking unspecified damages for unpaid wages and lost income, among other expenses, and is requesting a jury trial.

A court hearing for the case is set to take place on December 19.
