Bank of America customers experienced difficulties logging into their accounts for several hours on Wednesday.

Users complained that their account balances were missing from the app, while others could log in but only saw a $0 balance.
“The app isn’t functioning and the online portal shows yesterday’s balance,” said one user on Downdetector.
“Both the app and browser access to Bank of America are at least partially malfunctioning for us,” claimed another user. “I can see some accounts, but not all, and the transfer function isn’t working for any of my accounts.”
In a statement to YSL News later Wednesday, Bank of America mentioned, “These issues are being addressed and have mostly been resolved.”
The company added, “We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.”
