Big news for Conor Kennedy!

The former partner of Taylor Swift is now engaged to Brazilian singer-songwriter Giulia Bourguignon Marinho, who goes by Giulia Be.

Giulia, 25, shared the exciting news on Instagram on Monday, posting photos and videos from the engagement. She captioned the post, “easiest yes of all time.”

In the video, she joyfully exclaims, “I literally can’t believe this,” as she and her fiancé, 30, dance together surrounded by candles in a dimly lit setting.

“I’m dreaming. This is a dream,” Be expressed further. “I’m so happy.”

It seems that Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Richardson Kennedy, proposed with a stunning pear-shaped solitaire ring from Tiffany & Co., as the luxury brand was mentioned in a photo where he presented one of their iconic blue boxes.

Cheryl Hines, who is married to RFK Jr., shared her congratulations in the comments on Giulia’s post.

“Welcome to the family, Giulia!!!!! We love you so much!!” Hines commented, adding several white heart symbols.

This engagement comes almost 12 years after the news of Kennedy’s breakup with Swift, which was publicized in October 2012. Swift, aged 22 at the time, and Kennedy, then 18, first sparked romance rumors during a summer visit to the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts.

There are speculations that Kennedy may have inspired Swift’s song “Begin Again,” which features on her 2012 album “Red,” a song she has recalled during her Eras Tour. She is set to perform at Wembley Stadium in London for five nights starting Thursday.

Recently, Swift, 34, had to cancel three fully booked performances in Vienna due to a suspected terrorist threat.

Currently, Swift is in a relationship with Travis Kelce, a 34-year-old tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. Their romance became public in September 2023 when Swift was spotted at a football game.
