Diddy Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Unplanned Pregnancy with Yung Miami’s Support for Abortion

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of impregnating victim; Yung Miami allegedly urged abortion, lawsuit claims

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing allegations in a new lawsuit that he impregnated and drugged an unnamed woman.

The legal troubles for the media mogul continue as a woman known as Jane Doe filed a complaint in New York State Supreme Court on Friday. This lawsuit details claims of sexual assault and abuse occurring over a four-year period from Fall 2020 until now.

According to the lawsuit, the alleged abuse persisted until July, just four months after agents from Homeland Security Investigations raided Combs’ residences in Los Angeles and Miami in March. This incident happened two months before his arrest for charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and facilitating prostitution.

The lawsuit includes shocking accusations, asserting that Combs forced the unnamed woman to “engage in vaginal intercourse without her consent,” drugged her, and caused her to become pregnant. It further claims that he and his team recorded their sexual activities without her consent, leaving her feeling threatened and suffering from anxiety and depression. Additionally, it asserts that Combs maintained contact with the alleged victim to “exercise control over her actions” and “autonomy.”

In a statement shared with YSL News on Friday, Jane Doe’s lawyers from the New York firm Napoli Shkolnik criticized Combs, stating that “no one is above the law.”

“Influential figures in the entertainment world have historically taken advantage of aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to make these celebrities answerable for their actions, potentially changing industry practices and ensuring justice for victims,” attorney Marie Napoli said. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s fame and fortune do not shield him from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”

YSL News has sought comments from Combs’ attorney.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe first encountered Diddy in Fall 2020 when he invited her on a trip. After visiting in spring 2022 in Miami, she reportedly woke up with purple and bruised feet and a bite mark on her heel, unable to recall how the injuries occurred.

The lawsuit claims that the Jane Doe was “forced to take an unknown substance,” later revealed to be ketamine or similar drugs, which led her to “blackout” and “lose consciousness intermittently.” Following this, she took a pregnancy test that came back positive.

It is alleged that Caresha Brownlee, known as Yung Miami and reportedly Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, “harassed” Jane Doe through repeated phone calls urging her “to get an abortion.” The victim eventually experienced a miscarriage and claims to have had no contact with Combs or his associates for three months.

YSL News has made inquiries to Brownlee’s representative for a response.

The lawsuit further alleges that in late 2022, Combs resumed communication with Jane Doe, pressuring her to travel with him. He would “harass” her through messages, calls, and through intermediaries until he secured her agreement, as stated in the court documents.

The complaint claims that during her visits, Combs forced the alleged victim to “perform a show” for him, providing her with alcohol and other substances until she eventually “passed out.” After these incidents, she would wake up with no memory of the events or her injuries.

The alleged misconduct reportedly continued until July of this year. In one instance during July, Jane Doe claimed to have drunk water that “had a strange taste” and made her feel unwell. The following morning, she felt nauseous and confused, unable to recall the previous night’s events, with her bedroom in disarray.

The lawsuit further outlines that Combs “consistently” pressured her for sexual involvement, introducing others despite her objections. He allegedly made threatening “jokes” which led her to fear for her safety if she did not comply with his “demands,” and was also compelled to witness him “slap and abuse other women.”

The lawsuit alleges that Combs tracked her whereabouts and monitored her discussions. He would refer to comments she made while he was not around. Moreover, he discouraged her from seeking employment and would finance her while she sought to achieve financial independence.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendant exercised control through financial allowances, instilling fear in the plaintiff that repercussions would follow if she disagreed with his actions.

The individual bringing the allegations seeks an undefined sum in damages from Combs.

Diddy has been denied bail on two occasions following his arrest on charges of sexual crimes

This lawsuit adds to the already extensive list of legal issues faced by the well-known film and music producer.

Currently, Combs remains in federal custody after two judges dismissed his legal team’s plea for a $50 million bond for his release.

A 14-page indictment, filed in federal court on September 12 and made public on September 17, claims that federal investigators believe Combs transformed his “diverse business empire” into a “criminal enterprise.” Within this operation, he and his associates reportedly engaged in a variety of serious crimes, including kidnapping, arson, violent acts, sex trafficking, and forced labor.

Combs is currently held in isolation within the Special Housing Unit at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. This facility has previously housed R. Kelly during the trial that led to the disgraced R&B artist’s 30-year prison sentence in 2022 for sex trafficking and racketeering.
