‘Emily in Paris’ Season 4: Premiere date, cast, and this season’s romantic entanglement

The next installment of Emily Cooper’s journey is about to begin, and she will face some “courageous decisions” this season.

Season 4 of Netflix’s romantic comedy “Emily in Paris” has arrived, bringing with it a whirlwind of complexities as Emily navigates a love triangle between the charming local chef Gabriel and the dashing British Alfie.

Netflix teases that “Emily’s Parisian experience is filled with plenty of drama, but she’s determined to make daring choices to achieve all her dreams—both in the city and with the men in her life.”

According to series creator Darren Star, viewers can look forward to “new characters, heightened drama, and romantic twists” in this upcoming season.

“Emily will be traveling extensively in Season 4 of ‘Emily in Paris,'” stated Star. “From the scenic French Alps to the enchanting piazzas of Rome, viewers will get to experience these beautiful locations through Emily’s perspective. Anticipate new characters, increased drama, romance, and even a new language to learn.”

‘Emily in Paris’ Season 3 summary

In Season 3, Emily decided to leave Savoir and join Sylvie’s new agency, Agence Grateau, after experiencing a brief period of unemployment. From there, she continued her usual antics, saving the day time and again in her typical style.

On the romance front, Emily started dating Alfie during this season, although sparks flew with Gabriel as well. However, romance complicated matters as Gabriel was set to marry Camille, who was not only expecting but also had an affair with a Greek artist, Sofia, throughout the season. The season concluded dramatically with Camille fleeing from the altar and announcing to Gabriel that he and Emily had been in love since their first meeting. This public confession devastated Alfie, who departed by stating he didn’t want to be “anyone’s second choice.”
