Heidi Klum reveals new bangs while making her Paris Fashion Week runway debut

Over three decades after beginning her modeling career, Heidi Klum continues to reach impressive milestones.

The 51-year-old “America’s Got Talent” judge made her official runway debut at the Vetements spring/summer 2025 show on Thursday during Paris Fashion Week. Known for her iconic blonde locks, she sported a new shoulder-length wavy hairstyle with bangs.

Klum donned a custom all-black outfit designed by creative director Guram Gvasalia, featuring a top emblazoned with the word “polizei,” a long trench coat with “polizei” stitched on the back, and leather pants. Other notable celebrities on the runway included Travis Scott, Gigi Hadid, Barbara Palvin, and Stella Maxwell.

The following day, Klum shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram showing a hairstylist working on her hairstyle, captioning it, “Reminds me of my 20’s 🙃😛.” She also posted throwback images of herself modeling lingerie with a similar tousled, shorter hairstyle and thick bangs.

Gvasalia advised her to refrain from smiling, which she was already aware of. She shared with Women’s Wear Daily after the show, “The music was fantastic and provided a cool German underground ambiance to the event.”

Additionally, on Monday, Klum participated in “Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris – Walk Your Worth,” a show that featured stars like Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Eva Longoria, Anitta, Viola Davis, Jane Fonda, and Andie MacDowell.

This event, while associated with Paris Fashion Week, is not an official fashion show, but it highlights “women’s empowerment, inclusion, and sisterhood.”

Klum expressed to WWD, “One of my favorite moments from fashion week was participating in the L’Oréal Paris show this Monday. I loved how we all came together to honor diversity and female empowerment.”

She also recounted a special moment from the show, saying, “At the end, we were all given roses to throw out, and I threw mine, which my husband, Tom Kaulitz, caught — that was truly special and something I’ll always cherish.”
