We spend our days fretting over quick decisions we must make, frequently regretting those choices afterward. Constant judgment and second-guessing from others can add to the stress.
While it can be a relief to let young kids use technology quietly, it’s daunting to see them transition into their teenage years with smartphones in a rapidly changing social media landscape.
