Incident Report Describes Cat Killing
According to an investigative report, Canton police responded to a complaint on the day of the offense about a woman “who had killed a cat and was consuming it.” Upon arrival, they noticed her with her hands on a cat “that seemed to have suffered severe trauma,” the report stated.
Officers reported seeing blood on her feet and hands, while fur was found on her lips.
