Wendy’s is selling Frostys for just $1 until September 30
Those seeking a sweet treat on a budget are in for a treat this September.
Wendy’s announced that their beloved Frostys will be available for just $1 until September 30, as per a press release.
For one more week, patrons can enjoy a Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty, whether they prefer to scoop it up, sip it, or use it to dip their fries at Wendy’s locations across the country.
When is the ideal time for ice cream?
The burger chain’s press release stated that they collaborated with McBroken.com, a site that tracks the operational status of ice cream machines at McDonald’s restaurants throughout the U.S., to find out when these machines are most often out of order.
Data revealed that ice cream machines at McDonald’s are typically inoperative between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., averaging downtime of two to three hours at a stretch. The cities experiencing the most significant ice cream outages include Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, New York, and Los Angeles, based on Wendy’s findings.
