Zach Bryan Pauses Performance After Object is Thrown on Stage: ‘Who Did That?’

Zach Bryan halts concert after object is thrown on stage: ‘Who did it?’

Zach Bryan does not tolerate concertgoers tossing objects onto the stage.

The 28-year-old artist, known for “Something in the Orange,” paused a recent performance in Washington after an object was thrown from the crowd, hitting a guitarist who was playing alongside him.

Footage shared by Country Central on social media captured Bryan stopping to ask about the incident. He approached a mic and demanded to know who was responsible.

“Who threw this?” he shouted, displaying the object. “Who was it? Does anyone know? Who was it?”

Fans in the crowd appeared to point fingers as Bryan inquired, “Who are we accusing?” He then admonished the crowd not to throw objects at concerts, which elicited cheers from the audience.

“If anyone knows who did it, we can get them out of here once we find out,” he added.

YSL News has contacted Bryan’s representatives for further details.

The country musician is among many artists who have experienced objects thrown at them during live shows.

In a notable case last year, a man was charged with assault after throwing a phone at Bebe Rexha during her concert. The pop singer ended up in the hospital and later posted a selfie showing her black eye.

Shortly thereafter, Kelsea Ballerini had to pause her show after being struck by a bracelet thrown her way.

“A bracelet hit me in the eye, and it scared me more than it hurt me,” Ballerini later explained on Instagram. “Everyone has their own fears and insecurities, which is why I needed to step away for a moment to ensure that everyone, including myself, my band, crew, and the audience, were safe before continuing.”

In another unusual incident last year, Pink was hit by a bag of ashes thrown by a fan. “Is this your mother?” she asked, perplexed as she picked up the bag. “I’m not sure how to feel about this.” Similarly, Cardi B was pelted with a drink during her performance, prompting her to retaliate by hurling her microphone at the individual.

Other famous artists like Lady Gaga, Drake, and Lil Nas X have also faced similar situations.

During her Las Vegas residency, Adele commented that audiences seemed to be “forgetting” proper concert behavior and quipped that if someone tried to throw something at her, she’d “kill you!”

Currently, Bryan is on his “The Quittin Time Tour,” with his next performance scheduled for Tuesday at the Moda Center in Portland.
